Delivery

We strive to make your delivery experience as clear and smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find all the key details about our delivery process.

 

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order. In the unlikely instance of an issue with your order, such as an item being out of stock or a size unavailable, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

 

For made-to-order pieces, shipping will take place once the item has been carefully crafted in our workshop. Check the product listing for accurate timeframes.

 

Please note: if your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once all pieces are ready. 

UK Delivery

FREE Delivery on all UK orders over the value of £100. Delivered 2-4 working days from date of despatch.

£4.95 Standard Delivery on orders under the value of £100. Delivered 2-4 working days from date of despatch.

£7.99 Next Day Delivery regardless of value on orders placed before 2pm.

​EU Delivery

​

Free Delivery on all EU orders over the value of £200. Delivered 4-7 working days from dispatch.

​

£25 Standard Delivery for orders under the value of £200. Delivered 4-7 working days from dispatch.

​

£30 Express Delivery regardless of value. Delivered 1-3 working days from dispatch.

​

There are no additional taxes for EU orders.

Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return.

Unwanted orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.​​

​

To qualify for a full refund, orders must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned in a damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition will not be refunded. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds for earrings or jewellery for piercings. Bespoke orders or specially altered orders can not be refunded.

All return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend returning your order to us via recorded delivery, obtaining proof of postage to track your return if needed. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the post.

Refunds depend on how long it takes your chosen courier to deliver your return to us. Once your return is processed by our team, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of notification, but this often happens sooner. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.​​​​​​
