When will my order be confirmed & dispatched?
After placing an order you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please reach out to us at info@korejewellery.co.uk
Please note that all orders are dependent on availability and approval, and we reserve the right to decline any order. Before shipping, payment must be confirmed, and the billing address must be verified.
In stock items will be dispatched between 3-5 working days. Faster dispatch may be possible, please email info@korejewellery.co.uk to check before ordering.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will come carefully packaged in a K O R E branded cotton jewellery pouch. We take pride in using responsibly sourced, sustainable packaging from verified suppliers.
While we put great care into presenting your order. We are not liable for any damage incurred during transit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to amend any other items in your order, please contact us at info@korejewellery.co.uk
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend the order once an item has been dispatched.
Bespoke or personalised orders cannot be refunded, changes to the orders will incur additional fees.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your delivery is delayed, please reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with the tracking number to follow your parcel.
In the event of a lost or damaged item, you’ll need to file a compensation claim directly with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost during transit.
My item is faulty, what should i do?
We take every care to deliver quality items. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs.

Can I return my order?
We have a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method. The original postage costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your parcel. The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is returned to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Personalized, bespoke, and stamped items are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Is K O R E jewellery real silver?
All K O R E designs are made using solid 92.5% silver. The “925” mark or stamp on sterling silver items indicates that the piece is composed of 92.5% pure silver. This standard ensures that the silver is both durable and valuable.
Hallmarking ensures authenticity, protecting consumers and guaranteeing the quality of the silver.

How do i care for my silver jewellery?
To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking its best, it’s important to take proper care. Here are some tips to help maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing:
1. Avoid Exposure to Harsh Chemicals

Keep your sterling silver jewellery away from household cleaners, perfumes and lotions, as these can cause tarnishing over time.

2. Store Properly

When not in use, store your sterling silver in a dark, dry place. Ideally in a tarnish resistant cloth or pouch. All K O R E jewellery orders come with a storage pouch.

3. Protect from Heavy Damage
​
Remove your jewellery before engaging in activities that may expose it to scratched or heavy damage.

4. Clean Regularly
​
Your silver jewellery can be cleaned with a good quality silver cleaner. On items without stones a soft bristle toothbrush and mild soapy water can be used.

5. Wear Often
​
Surprisingly, wearing your sterling silver jewellery regularly can help maintain its shine.
