Returns & Refunds

Our return & exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return or exchange.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to shop with confidence.

 

How long is your returns period?

 

Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

 

To qualify for a full refund on eligible items, they must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned in a damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition will not be refunded, as all returns are inspected upon arrival. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings or jewellery for piercings are exempts from our refund policy. Bespoke orders or specially altered orders can not be refunded.

 

Do you offer free returns?

 

Currently, we’re unable to provide free return labels, and all return costs are the customer’s responsibility until the items reach us, with the exception of faulty items. 

We recommend returning your order to us via recorded delivery, obtaining proof of postage to track your return if needed. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the post.

What happens if my return is lost in transit?

If your return is lost and you cannot provide proof of postage or a tracking number, we will be unable to process your request. However, with valid proof of postage, we’ll issue store credit for the lost items.

 

When will I receive my refund?

 

Refunds depend on how long it takes your chosen courier to deliver your return to us. Once your return is processed by our team, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of notification, but this often happens sooner. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
